The Boland Team
What We Do at The Boland Tea:
We are experts in the sales, marketing and leasing of residential real estate in New York City. We handle transactions for sellers, buyers, investors, renters, developers and referring brokers. Our unparalleled expertise in Northern Manhattan is widely recognized. Our full suite of services not only includes our brokerage and advisory services, but also access to world class research, our national network of referral brokers and other ancillary real estate services.
Our mission is to not only help our clients make wise decisions for long term wealth building, but to also find a home which brings them joy. Our 20 years of real estate mastery is built on integrity, innovation, and insight giving our clients an unmatched competitive advantage. We achieve results that outperform the market every time, earning our trusted lifetime advisory role.
Since 2001, I have enjoyed a coveted level of success marketing and selling all types of Manhattan real estate, from co-op and condo resales to townhouse sales and new developments throughout the city. My deep market knowledge, professional customer service and marketing skills have garnered consistent referrals and repeat business.
While know as a northern Manhattan expert, I also have a long history of selling real estate from Harlem to Tribeca. I am frequently quoted in the media for my expertise, and sought by clients for my team's outstanding level of service. In addition to my stellar reputation for marketing and selling many new luxury condominium projects for developers, my team and I work extensively with individual clients looking to sell, buy or rent Manhattan apartments and townhouses. Juestina Lu, a member of The Boland Team, speaks fluent Mandarin, enabling us to work with overseas investors. Having planned and managed the entire gut renovation of my own brownstone in Harlem, I have an intimate understanding of complex projects, transactions, negotiations, and investment property. I currently sit on the board of my condominium, giving me an insider's understanding of best practices for managing a multiunit building.
A consummate professional, according to my clients, I pride myself on being the ultimate real estate advisor and advocate. My attentive personal service, insightful market knowledge and straightforward approach, will ensure that your real estate experience is informative and as stress-free as possible. I am a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, The New York Residential Agent Continuum (a prestigious invitation only group of top agents) and completed the advanced REBNY New York Residential Specialist Designation course.
My passion for philanthropy is focused on the neighborhood where I live. I founded and serve as President of the Morningside Park Conservancy, a group dedicated to preserving and fostering the natural beauty of one of Manhattan's Landmarked parks along with engaging the community. I proudly serve on the board of The Reading Team, an non-profit organization helping young, at-risk, Harlem readers develop a lifelong passion for reading and learning. Originally from Connecticut, I lived abroad in Paris and Hong Kong before settling in NYC. Since 2004 I've had the opportunity to call the beautiful Mount Morris Park section of Harlem home.
